If you are bored by your ordinary weekend routine of television entertainment and general vegging out, it might be a good idea to get up off the couch and take yourself out to experience something new and different. Try to step outside your comfort zone; take a hike if you are not ordinarily an outdoors person or visit an art gallery if you generally avoid high culture.
In most cities in the world, you will be able to find a variety of interesting means by which to keep yourself entertained. Parks, museums, theatres and natural places of interest abound; use your boredom as an excuse to take advantage of them. Many of these don't involve much spending of money either, although some will, inevitably require that you fork out.
If you live very much in town, why not try to get out into the country for a few hours? Take your SLR camera and go for a walk in the woods, tramp across fields, or, if you live somewhere very rugged, take a hike up the nearby hills and mountains.
If you don't feel up to exercise, or the weather prevents you from being too adventurous, consider taking a tour of your home town that involves visiting sites usually only frequented by visitors. Pull up at the aquarium, for example, or take a stroll through the local art gallery.
If you have reached a stage in which you find yourself bored by all of your ordinary activities, it might be a good idea to get out of your routine and force yourself to experience new and different things. Try to be as inventive as you can; you will be surprised by the ideas you can come up with
